LMC-Ag is a family owned manufacturing company located in Albany, Ga with a product based around agriculture. The company has been owned and operated by the Carter family from Donalsonville, Ga. since 2000. At LMC-Ag we manufacture large and small liquid application products for agricultural needs. That product line covers a range of agricultural industries from row crops as in peanuts and cotton to a variety of produce and even products that cover forestry as well. We also manufacture and distribute a small ag line of equipment that include things such as pallet forks, rotary tillers, grapples, and many other items.


Role Description

This is a full-time Outside Sales Representative role with a hybrid opportunity for remote work, located in Albany, GA. The territory coverage area is Florida with a resident base located in the central part of Florida. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and working with customers to identify their needs, and providing solutions by recommending products and services that will enhance their business. The Outside Sales Representative will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, and/or business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple initiatives and tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused approach, and a passion for serving others
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
