Commerical Cleaning

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently. Generate sales for the Commerical and property Services Division. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and acquiring new clients, understanding their cleaning nand property service needs.

**Duties**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactiions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in business development or outside sales
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Must have a clean and valid drivers license

Pay: $41,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year
