Title: Training Coordinator

Duration: 6 Months+ (Possible FTE Conversion)

Location: Henderson, CO (Hybrid – 3 days onsite a week)


Job Description:

Assists in planning, development and implementation of training programs that support client's performance and change goals.

Performs administrative tasks in support of training staff in the delivery.

Schedules clients, trainers and facilities.

Helps evaluate training program performance, including analysis of testing and client feedback and prepares reports from evaluation of training programs.

Requires advanced MS Office skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities and attention to detail.

The main objective for the role is to find someone to help the administration with the crane program across 3 areas: TX, CO, MI


  • Be the coordinator for CO.
  • Register people for class.
  • Ensure people are showing up for their classes.
  • Setting up the computer needed to give the exam.
  • Helping out with the examination.
  • They will be working with instructor. Size of the classes:10-15 people.
  • Population of students of 400
