Job Description:

  • Assists in planning, development and implementation of training programs that support client's performance and change goals.
  • Performs administrative tasks in support of training staff in the delivery.
  • Schedules clients, trainers and facilities. Helps evaluate training program performance, including analysis of testing and client feedback and prepares reports from evaluation of training programs.
  • Requires advanced MS Office skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities and attention to detail.
