The Human Resources Coordinator supports the activities and administration of the human resources department and is the first point of contact for our associates.


Our corporate office is conveniently located in Dublin, Ohio. This position requires working in the office.


Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator

  • Complete all HR related transactions and maintain personnel files. Enter new hire information in payroll (ADP) including personal information, pay and benefits. Process changes in pay, title, address etc. and terminations.
  • Support the recruiting process by placing ads and job postings and screening resumes.
  • Complete human resources related research and projects (i.e., policies, compensation etc.).
  • Administer company benefits including enrolling employees, responding to questions, coordinating the company wellness program and supporting open enrollment.
  • Support human resource compliance efforts including filing the EEO-1 and the1094-C and 1095-C; maintains OSHA and worker's compensation records.


Qualifications

  • College degree required with 1-2 years experience in human resources preferred.
  • Sound judgement, a customer service focus, detail oriented and organized.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel required.
  • General knowledge of employment law and office experience preferred.
