As a key member of the AMC team, you will be responsible for coordinating and coaching theatre crew, observing performance, and providing feedback for discipline and performance evaluations. You will also optimize theatre crew placement, lead teams to achieve results, and supervise, coach, and coordinate theatre crew to execute and comply with Safe and Clean protocols.
