Forsit, a global brand accelerator specializing in South Korean beauty, F&B, and supplements, is seeking an experienced US Sales Manager for our beauty and cosmetic products. This role involves developing business relationships with retail and online buyers, achieving sales targets, and driving growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a knack for strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with retail buyers and online platform partners.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeline.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market potential, track sales, and produce detailed reports to inform business strategy.
  • Negotiation & Deal Making: Identify, propose, and negotiate business deals with potential retail partners.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align strategies and drive sales growth.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Forsit's beauty and cosmetic product lines to effectively communicate benefits and advantages to potential buyers.
  • Networking & Promotion: Attend industry-related events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Forsit's offerings.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on best practices, new promotional trends, and competitors' activities to keep our offerings competitive.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetic industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Analytics: Ability to use data analytics for market insights and strategic planning.
  • Education: Business, sales, or marketing background preferred.
