Job Description:

This role encompasses a need from Rochdale and apogee iQ to continue to evolve and advance our software and services offerings and client engagement experience. Accomplishing this is paramount to our continued success and will require someone with the ability to consume and retain large amounts of information, prioritize multiple efforts, and communicate effectively internally and externally.


A successful person in this position will have not only experience with product management, software design, and technical training, but a passion to show up every day to make a difference for both clients and internal staff. The ability to work with clients and staff to help design, mockup and detail business requirements of future software features is paramount.


Through the experience of designing and supporting the software, you will become a true expert of the software, which will allow you to assist with internal and external needs as they arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the outward communication of new software features, including webinars, emails, intra-system messages, help documents, FAQs, and other guides.


You will be responsible for the following:

Product management:

  • Seek opportunities to partner with clients and subject matter experts to determine product needs
  • Solicit sales and client success feedback to prioritize work efforts
  • Ask questions to help further the design of enhancements and help the work group arrive at decisions to allow product development to move forward
  • Complete mockups and business requirement documents
  • Champion highly regarded development opportunities through the product lifecycle, including promoting benefits to clients and internal staff

Maintain product expertise:

  • Seek questions and challenges from and answer questions for the business, and support the business needs going forward through technical use of the apogee iQ system
  • Promote and support services business enhancements and changes

Provide client onboarding and first 30-day support to software modules:

  • Deliver innovative and thoughtful training and support of the new products
  • Promote and upsell, including making referrals to sales team, related to additional services and software modules
  • Manage referrals to SMEs when needed to further support successful client implementation

Support internal and external communications:

  • Assist in the design, coordination and delivery of webinars, training, client communications and other client-facing collateral


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Software experience in agile software development
  • Wireframe design experience
  • Attention to detail and thoughtful analysis on design complications and future issue aversion
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for making a difference for both clients an internal staff
  • Software technical writing experience
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong desire to understand and meet evolving client needs
