We provide comprehensive training and guidance to ensure your successJob ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding prospective customer needs to close sales and meet company performance metrics.Generate new business by engaging with potential customer via email, phone, voicemail, and texts that promote and sell financial services we offered.Achieve and exceed established daily and monthly sale goals.Verify customers application information and gather additional information where necessary.Utilize active listening skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and their motivation to buy in order close the sale.Educate customers on payment plans, addressing all questions and concerns.Utilize strong communication and negotiating skills to overcome customer objections.Always maintain a professional demeanor and provide every customer with an exceptional experience throughout the entire sale process.Leverage multi-tasking skills to maintain a high level of productivity throughout the day.Ensure strong attention to detail when entering customer data at a high level of accuracy.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements1+ years of inside sales experience.At least 1 year of experience in a call center or service business (preferred but not required).Leadership skills are a plus; could potentially develop into a Leadership role.Must be comfortable multi-tasking on the phone and working on the computer.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.Ability to close sales and provide exceptional service is required in this role.Strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and typing skills required.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.Capacity to maintain the confidentiality of compliance-related information and materials.Must have a high school degree or equivalent.Bilingual is a plus.Along with our team culture, competitive pay and great bonus opportunity, we offer:MedicalPaid holidaysPaid time offVoluntary benefitsOn-Site, Paid TrainingMany more
