DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input A/R module A/R invoices and cash receipts as requested.
  • Assist with A/P as needed.
  • Prepare as necessary for month end closing.
  • Assist with Quarterly payroll tax reporting for MI, KY, and TN if required.
  • Follow and promote company safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Understanding IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 Requirements that are associated with Toyo Seat.
  • Assist in training at all levels of Associates regarding IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 Documentation Requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager and/or CFO.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. High School diploma/GED required, along with 2+ years of corporate Accounting experience.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Experience with CMS, ERP, and/or SAP

2. Must have A/R experience, NO LESS than 2 years' experience. Less will not be considered.

3. A/R will be handling more than 135 million in sales and 100 million in cash transactions on a month regular basis in the system. Minimal invoicing and occasional QuickBooks need not apply.
