This position is a key member of the World Product Solutions team, as it works closely will all cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing teams, R&D and Operations. The position is customer facing, managing the customer relationship through the custom formulation process.  The Project Manager will work closely the customer to help create and manage custom products development with support from account management for packaging, artwork and distribution.

In addition to custom formulation, this position will also be responsible for leading projects as needed within WPS, including, but not limited to Onoxa, and new product development.  This person must have excellent organizational and communication skills, and ideally will have experience within the skincare/beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead all new product communications, transactions, questions, and timelines with the customer.

·       Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and budgets

·       Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards

·       Prepare and deliver project updates and status reports

·       Facilitate any change requests to adhere to project specs and company standards

·      Manage customer satisfaction and potential future sales throughout the project period

·      Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

·       Project Management experience, preferably in the skincare/beauty industry

·       Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

·       Use of project management tools including  MS Project or Monday.com or similar programs

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once


Education/Certifications:

·       HS Diploma required; College degree in Business or related preferred
