Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing analytical support, offering customer support, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The role is based in Denver, CO but allows for flexibility to work remotely.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Experience in customer service or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the ecommerce and saas businesses are required
