Role: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Lone Tree, CO
We are excited to partner with a leading company in the medical space to find a Customer Support Specialist to join the team
This role specializes in customer support for those who are hearing impaired and we are seeking individuals who want to provide a world class customer experience to recipients, patients, clinicians, consumers, caregivers and/or family members of our hearing device recipients.
This is a direct hire role paying $21.45/hour + 5% annual bonus with voluntary overtime available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Order Specialist will provide responsive and complete service to customers through inbound and outbound call interactions. This role requires an appropriate sense of urgency in answering their questions and resolving any service issues.
You will demonstrate a high degree of integrity, empathy, sensitivity and patience for patients along with respect for member’s privacy in responding to customer inquiries. You will anticipate customer’s product and service needs, assist them in navigating the insurance process, place orders and collect/process payment on entered orders. This role interfaces cross-functionally with internal partners through company systems to provide status updates when appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of recent prior corporate customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume setting
- Positive and professional phone demeanor
- A passion to help others and be apart of supporting those who are hearing impaired
- Ability to defuse and resolve customer service issues in a timely, effective manner.
