Position Overview:

The Sales Manager at Titan AVL is responsible for identifying new clients and opportunities aligned with the company's vision and target markets. This includes live event productions, design-build A/V installations, and box sales. The role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered, generating price quotations and estimates, and effectively communicating client needs to production and installation teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • client relationships and goodwill for the company.
  • new sales markets and leads.
  • communicate equipment and personnel needs for each event sold.
  • confirmed sales into the company database.
  • out monthly reports on sales leads and contacts.
  • estimate and bid responses.
  • contracts.
  • in the development of sales strategies.
  • up on leads within 24 hours.
  • other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • school diploma or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred.
  • minimum of 3 years of sales experience in live production or A/V installation. A combination of both with a proven track record is preferred.
  • to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • independently to meet deadlines and strategic goals.
  • to detail and organizational skills.
  • communication and writing skills.
