This role requires expertise in various control systems, a stable work history, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage control projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on control systems, including BACnet and DDC controls.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Visio for project planning and documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in controls project management.
  • EIT or PE license.
  • Stable work history.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio.
  • Familiarity with BACnet and DDC controls.
  • Experience with control systems such as Tridium, Dystype, Niagara, ALC, Alerton, Johnson Controls, and Metasys.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
