What You Will Do:

As a Key Account Specialist, you will lead our sales team to new heights of success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Building relationships with veterinary professionals and distributors through personalized sales calls.
  • Inspiring and motivating our sales team to exceed targets and objectives.
  • Recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives to ensure peak performance.
  • Monitoring performance and providing ongoing support to enhance sales techniques.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to identify new opportunities.
  • Presenting sales forecasts and reports to senior management to drive decision-making.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to drive innovation.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience in the veterinary industry including distribution channels or corporate relationships.
  • Proven track record of success in business development & sales management (minimum 5+ years).
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a knack for motivating others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the veterinary industry and experience selling capital medical equipment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
