- Minimum 2 years of experience in system integration within a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or system integration are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration technologies and tools (e.g., APIs, middleware, T-SQL, ETL processes).
- o Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- o Strong understanding of data management, including data collection, transformation, and storage.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- o Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a collaborative environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- o Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
