We are seeking two experienced Account Managers to join our team and build strong relationships with our growing global client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with our existing MSP client base
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned MSP accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and work with them to expand services
  • Proactively communicate with clients, provide regular updates, and address any concerns promptly
  • Achieve client retention and revenue growth targets for your assigned accounts
  • Educate and provide ApTask’s DEI and ESG services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the staffing or IT services industry
  • Strong sales attitude to capture the maximum spend, headcount, and profit margins
  • proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and address client needs
  • Familiarity with managed service providers and the IT services landscape
  • Proficient in using CRM and other sales/account management tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
