Support Analyst Summary

Responsible for providing hardware, software, and network support to team members and logistical facility operations.

Responsibilities:
  • General IT helpdesk functions
  • Initial setup of new users and equipment
  • Ensuring all hardware is accessible via remote management software
  • Troubleshooting and resolving end-user hardware/software issues
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) support
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Documenting related systems, processes, and procedures
  • Keeping an updated inventory of IT assets
  • Administering employee training for IT hardware and software
Qualifications & Technical Environment:
  • Experience with the following is desired, though not required:
  • SQL / PowerShell scripting
  • TCP/IP transmission
  • WAN/LAN
  • VPN configuration
  • VLAN technologies
  • Server Virtualization
  • Microsoft 365 apps
  • Windows Active Directory
  • Email and server technologies
  • Network security standards
  • Domain setup, including loading servers/workstations from scratch
Additional Details:
  • Employment Type: Perm / Direct-Hire

  • Target Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 depending on skills and experience
