Careatc is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to work as the Center Operations Manager in Irvine. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. No weekends or nights.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation ensuring of care with efficiencies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Directing, Coordinating, and supervising the delivery of healthcare.
  • Dealing with evolving integrated health care delivery systems, technological innovations, an increasingly complex regulatory environment, restructuring of work, and more emphasis on preventive care.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and present resolutions and recommendations.
  • Understanding and complying with all regulatory, procedure policy and licensing requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with the providers
  • Compiling input for the performance appraisal process for staff members.
  • Communicating regularly with staff, conducts meetings and keeps the staff informed
  • May interact with client representatives as required.
  • Supplying and conducting and pharmacy inventory management and replacement ordering
  • Providing input to the area Operations Director for staff recruitment and other staffing decisions
  • Other duties as assigned


Must have:

  • Current State license as a Registered Nurse
  • Management experience required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical experience with business/management responsibilities strongly preferred


Pay Range: 84,000.00 to 93,000.00
