Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Senior Director, Global IT Infrastructure is responsible for owning technical infrastructure, leading global IT strategy, day-to-day operations, cost optimization, innovation, and ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service. Provides expertise and direction in the development, deployment, and use of information technology at the Company.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead development and implementation processes for company’s Global IT systems and department.
  • Responsible for the overall effectiveness, safety and efficiency of data and cloud technology systems
  • Responsible for the managing and creating the annual information technology budget globally.
  • Google Workspace Enterprise Administrator
  • Microsoft Exchange Enterprise Administrator
  • Responsible for deploying and administering Windows Server, VMware environment.
  • Identify technology needs and with an eye toward the immediate needs of the business and future proofing.
  • Maintain and administer company domains and DNS configurations.
  • Maintain and administer company Website host and all affiliated data.
  • Administer AWS infrastructure for company’s proprietary database and CRM.
  • Must be able to build out and deploy network infrastructure for new locations internationally, while leveraging operational costs and network efficiency.
  • Administer and maintain companywide VOIP systems.
  • Administer and maintain company helpdesk system Zendesk.
  • Develop and deploy security awareness campaigns to staff globally.
  • Administer and maintain Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.
  • Administer and maintain FortiGate Firewall and switching infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update company hardware and software programs, and in the case of the latter understanding and leveraging the potential of the database in development.
  • Document and develop existing processes, IT policies, and procedures.
  • Implement company-wide technology updates and educate staff when necessary.
  • Oversee procurement, deployment and maintenance of all company hardware globally.
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of all IT systems, including servers, routers, firewalls, and computers.
  • Procure, develop, and administer A/V and Digital Signage systems to all locations internationally.
  • Administers and maintains the company’s cybersecurity and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Administers the Company’s proprietary database and CRM.
  • Travel internationally to oversee deployment of major IT projects.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience owning IT infrastructure and overseeing IT teams and projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Apple OS, IOS devices, and Windows OS.
  • Proven experience leading a global support services team
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and system advocacy
  • Strong experience leading a CRM implementation
  • Success in managing people and teams, including strategy and goal setting

EDUCATION: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
