About Us:

Avenue 44 Productions is a dynamic small production company dedicated to delivering outstanding creative projects. We are seeking a versatile Executive/Office Assistant to join our team and support both professional and personal needs within our vibrant environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Executive/Office Assistant to manage a variety of administrative tasks and support our production team. This role will involve a blend of in-person and remote work, with responsibilities spanning office management, production prep, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties including filing, managing office supplies, and running errands.
  • Production Prep: Help with pre-production tasks, ensuring everything is in order for smooth operations.
  • Financial Duties: Support with reconciling accounts and billing processes.
  • Executive Assistance: Manage scheduling and administrative tasks for the head of the company, addressing both personal and professional needs.
  • Errands & Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands and organizational tasks as required.
  • Social Media Management: Day to day management of our instagram and facebook, as well as updating our website using a simple program (web development skills not needed) Potential need for help with mailing list management and newsletter quarterly.
  • Research and Outreach: Researching client leads and managing a client database with preferences, past work together and records of outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or office assistant, ideally within a production or creative environment.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with both in-person and remote work setups.
  • Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for supporting a creative team.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation and be willing to come to our in home office at least 3 days a week in Palos Verdes, some weeks we will need 5 days in person depending on what needs to be done and the level of in person work needed.
