Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our team. The EUC Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end user computing infrastructure, ensuring a secure and productive environment. This role reports to the Head of IT Operations & Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage EUC solutions, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VDI, and applications.
  • Deploy and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS), and maintain system images.
  • Automate deployment, configuration, and management tasks using PowerShell.
  • Implement security measures for end user devices and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and communicate with stakeholders to assess needs and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years as an EUC Engineer in regulated, multi-vendor environments (e.g., financial, pharmaceutical).
  • 5+ years in desktop/server OS management, application patching, and packaging (Intune, SCCM).
  • 6+ years managing VDI, MDM, and endpoint protection systems.
  • Experience with automation (PowerShell), Windows Enterprise, biopharmaceutical environments, and large-scale (300+ nodes) support.
  • Proficiency in Intune, M365, Citrix, VDI, SCCM, Jamf, and application packaging.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SOX, 21CFR11 compliance, and regulated networking environments.
  • Knowledge of Windows 11 migration, data loss prevention, and malware protection (HIPAA).

Education:

  • Industry-recognized technical education and certifications.

Work Environment:

  • Office environment with daily onsite presence required.
