About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding, success-driven, growth-oriented, versatile, and experienced Lifecycle Marketer to join our growing Marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping new consumption paradigms by owning TULU’s user engagement and managing the end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, from strategy development to implementation and performance analysis. You will join an extremely passionate and talented team of engineers, designers, architects, marketers, data scientists, and more, using cutting-edge technologies and practices, and will work on:
What you’ll work on:
- Creating and refining automated lifecycle journeys and one-off campaigns across email, push, SMS, and other CRM channels to increase conversion, utilization, and retention.
- Developing and maintaining user segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure users receive the right content at the right time.
- Creating content across B2C channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Optimizing existing marketing materials and campaigns with frequent A/B testing to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement.
- Tracking and reporting on results for all campaigns and proposing strategic improvements to achieve targets.
- Facilitating cross-functionally work to support marketing initiatives from sales, product, and operations teams.
About You
You are a creative thinker with strong writing skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and campaigns, and experienced with various marketing tools and platforms. KPI-oriented, with an addiction to data and a love for creation, you have an extreme sense of ownership in everything you do and a huge passion for real-life products. You look to be measured by your results, embrace the long roads, know what success looks like, and are restless until you achieve it. You enjoy working hard, and most importantly, you have fun doing it.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing in a B2C environment
- Proven experience building marketing campaigns in Braze or other automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Consumer-oriented copywriting and content creation approach
- Excellent problem-solving / critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) is a plus.
