About the Company:Our client, a veteran-owned, construction management firm in Montana, has a large fleet of trucks, equipment, etc. and are looking for someone that can create a program from scratch and manage it.

About the Role:Your responsibilities will include tracking maintenance for trucks (50+), scissor lifts, trailers, construction equipment, material delivery, and some warehouse duties. You will have the opportunity to shape and implement a program from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a fleet and asset management program
  • Track and maintain a fleet of trucks, scissor lifts, trailers, and construction equipment
  • Oversee material delivery and warehouse responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
  • Implement tracking systems and maintain accurate records
  • Report on fleet performance and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fleet and asset management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical construction management is a plus
  • Ability to develop programs and systems from scratch
