Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with film production, live event booking, and organizing film festivals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Film Award Gala Organizing:

  • Support the planning and execution of film gala, including scheduling, programming, and logistics.
  • Coordinate submissions, selections, and communication with filmmakers.
  • Jury selection
  • Handle gala-related administrative tasks, including ticketing and attendee registration.

B. Film Production Coordination:

  • Assist in pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between various departments.
  • Manage and track production timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of permits, locations, and equipment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

C. Live Event Booking:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing live events.
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors, and performers to secure bookings and contracts.
  • Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to ensure successful event turnout.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in film production, event planning, at an agency or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and festivals.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a keen interest in film and live events.
  • Previous experience in related fields.
  • Availability to work full-time (9 am-6 pm).
  • Communication talent, reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn quickly.
