Location: Richmond, VA - Financial Services

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive mail services, including receiving, sorting, delivering, and tracking packages.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and provide digital mail solutions as required.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests via email, telephone, and in person with professionalism.
  • Assist with moving furniture
  • Verify that amenities are functioning in building
  • Assist with changing out light bulbs, door handles
  • Perform light plumbing and light electrical duties
  • Assist in setting up conference rooms and providing reception backup.
  • Support catering arrangements as needed.
  • Assist with office moves, including hanging pictures and performing light repairs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures meticulously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with package tracking tools such as PS Track.
  • Hospitality-driven with a client-first mentality.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Associate degree preferred.

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, write routine reports, and respond effectively to inquiries and complaints.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrates maturity, thrives in a busy work environment, works well under pressure, and exhibits a strong work ethic.
