Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining staffing Provider schedules across the organization, utilizingQGenda software.
    • Willingness to learn QGenda scheduling software.
  • Respond to call-outs and scheduling queries via email and phone.
  • Verify the availability of internal and external participants for planned meetings, interviews, training, and shifts.
  • Schedule orientation / onboarding meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with group stakeholders to schedule all classifications of clinical providers as needed.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of call-outs and facility changes and cancellations.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role requiring accuracy, multitasking and calendar management.
  • Experience with scheduling applications, QGenda preferred.
  • Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
