Project Coordinator - (6 month Contract)


Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our client's ongoing project. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in project management tools.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and distributing action items.
  • Track project budget and expenditures across various workstreams.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Collaborate with Workstream Owners to gather and distribute weekly status reports.
  • Manage project tasks and dependencies within Jira, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain and update the project risk register.
  • Coordinate with team members across multiple time zones (UK, US, Australia).


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of project coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Outlook.
  • Confident excel user.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.


Hours:

Approximately 8am-5pm PST with flexibility for earlier or later start times based on project needs.
