This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Industrial Inside-Sales Representative to join our cutting-edge machine solutions company. This person will be developed into next Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will prior industrial sales experience selling to manufacturing companies/clients. The role will help drive sales of our advanced machinery products, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and outbound calls.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our machinery offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Quote Preparation: Prepare and present competitive quotes and proposals to potential customers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process from inquiry to delivery.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, not required.
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably selling to manufacturing companies.
- Experience cultivating relationships with multiple sales targets and driving the sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
