About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am to 5pm (2 late days a week 10:30 to 7pm)
  • Patient Population: Ages 5+
  • Caseload: 55 clients

Responsibilities:

The Social Worker (LMSW / LMHC) will:

  • Complete admission screening and conduct psychosocial assessments
  • Make treatment recommendations and participate in treatment planning
  • Provide social casework services; provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Develop and implement discharge plans and and coordinate services with community providers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Valid NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
