Job OverviewWe are seeking applicants for a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Master's Level Social Worker, Art Therapist or Mental Health Counselor (LMSW/ LCSW/LMHC) position in New York City schools. This full-time role will involve working with elementary, middle school, and high school students, providing clinical services and support.
Key Responsibilities- Bilingual in Spanish - ability to conduct sessions and outreach in Spanish.
- New graduates encouraged to apply, with opportunities for clinical supervision and hours toward licensure.
- Experience and familiarity with clinical documentation, including both written and digital records.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, motivated.
- Works collaboratively in a team-based setting.
- Experience in school-based programs preferred.
- Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation preferred.
This position is full-time and in-person in Brooklyn, NY. We offer a competitive salary range of $57,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.
