Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic LMSW or LMHC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the pediatric and youth population, providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an LMSW or LMHC in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, play therapy).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or another language commonly spoken in New York City.
