Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the company's performance by analyzing key financial and operational data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with business objectives across various departments.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide business insights to management.
  • Strategic Planning Support:
  • Assist leadership with long-term strategic planning by creating forecasts, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
  • Perform scenario modeling and impact assessments for potential business strategies and new initiatives.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by analyzing historical data, revenue trends, and cost factors.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to interpret business data, generating insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand operational challenges and offer data-driven recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability.
  • Present complex data and findings in a clear, actionable format for various stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Work with teams to optimize business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to boost performance.
  • Assess the success of current business initiatives and provide feedback to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Project Support:
  • Assist in leading key performance improvement projects, ensuring alignment with goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement performance enhancement initiatives and monitor their outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
