We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting strategic firm initiatives. This position will enhance operational efficiency, client service, and business performance by identifying areas for improvement, optimizing processes, and driving data-driven decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain tools and protocols for project initiation, including documentation, business cases, process maps, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for projects that align with firm strategy.
  • Provide analytical insights on project impacts and work closely with project managers to execute plans.
  • Implement change order management processes, assessing and forecasting impacts of project changes.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in reviews to prioritize projects based on business drivers.
  • Utilize data visualization and analysis tools to support legal operations and provide strategic insights.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within legal or professional services industries.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL), process improvement, and familiarity with legal technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working with global teams and knowledge of legal business processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with process documentation and data visualization tools (Power BI, Visio).
