Customer Service Manager


About Us: Leather Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Manager with exceptional leadership skills to join our team. We are looking for someone whose experience and managerial acumen will foster a professional customer service culture and drive team development.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish a structured customer service department.
  • Develop and nurture a professional customer service culture.
  • Ensure timely handling of customer emails and calls.
  • Oversee proper utilization of ERP & CRM systems by customer service.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Define service procedures, policies, and standards in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports as required.
  • Recruit, mentor, and empower customer service agents to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and databases.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
