TSV is #hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to join a high growth, innovative Health Tech company. The Sales Engineer will work directly with the Sales team and Executive Leadership to understand the customer needs, strategize on how to navigate complex sales cycles, provide compelling product demonstrations, support Proof of Concepts, and close deals. The Sales Engineer will have a strong business and technical acumen and be able to effectively interact with both business executives and technical teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise on products and services.
  • Function as a technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet technology and business requirements for assigned customers.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in the development of fully integrated technology solutions in support of pre-sales activities.
  • Qualify sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making and budgets.
  • Assist in the analysis, design, and development of integrated technology solutions.
  • Lead technical sales calls and make presentations to senior leadership and technology staff.
  • Providing technical pre-sales support to designated Sales Executives.
  • Assist Sales Executives in devising and implementing sales goals and account-focused penetration strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical and competitive landscape research to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Educate sales executives and partners about products, platforms, and security solutions.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in a Healthcare Technology company.
  • Understanding of Prior Authorizations and Healthcare data workflows.
  • A solid technical background in cloud architecture, data platforms, and security principles.
  • Strong business acumen and experience selling to C-level personnel, presenting technology solutions, and providing solutions to business challenges.
  • The ability to envision and convey the "Big Picture," identify business challenges, and architect solutions to address customer business issues.
  • Exceptional technical presentation and communication skills, both virtually and in person.
  • Proficiency in connecting technology to tangible business outcomes and delivering value.
  • Strong ability to read to audience, engage effectively, listen attentively, and respond appropriately.
  • Adept at discovering and addressing customer pain points, requirements, and objectives.
  • Driven, strong work ethic, resourceful, get-it-done attitude.
  • A positive attitude, unwavering customer focus, and a keen sense of ownership over customer outcomes.
