Aegistech is hiring a PM/BA Consultant for a Capital Markets Regulatory role for our client, a global investment bank located in NYC.


PLEASE NOTE:

This is a HYBRID role and candidates must live in commuting distance to the NYC office.



THE DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Sr. Project Manager / Business Analyst you will be responsible for building project management, analysis and work stream leadership activities for US Regulatory programs and projects.
  • Develop Project Plan and Documentation, including timeline, resource and cost management.
  • Collect and managing requirements including business and functional requirements and signoffs.
  • Propose and document future state business processes / target operating model.
  • Functional design of user interfaces and overall system architecture proposals.
  • Solution option analysis & documentation including pros, cons and recommendations.
  • Project Life Cycle experience to identify risks and issues.
  • Test Plan development - SIT, UAT, and Regression testing.
  • Test Script and Test Case - development and Documentation.
  • Work with Governance controls - RACI, Traceability matrices, change control and toll gate criteria.
  • Work with Junior project resources and Business Analysts.



THE SKILLS YOU NEED TO GET THE ROLE:

  • Must have experience in the Securities Industry working in Business Management and / or Change Management with an understanding of Global Markets/Investment Banking products for FICC and US Treasuries is highly preferred.
  • You have both Project Management and Business Analysis experience in Financial Services.
  • You have led Business Requirement analysis and created associated documentation and presentations to internal teams.
  • Experience working directly with Stakeholders with the ability to participate in meetings using your solid communication skills, in order to present effective presentations and drive agendas.
  • Experience managing multiple groups and associated levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision (self-starter) in unstructured environments and to quickly grasp complex problems and provide solutions.
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint and other tools i.e. Visio, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Usage of Project Management tools and delivery methodologies i.e. Agile.
  • Knowledge of Use Cases and Test Management experience.
  • Preferred experience working on FICC finance, operations or credit risk change projects.
  • Certifications in Project Management and Business Analysis Certifications are highly desired.
