A global leader consulting services, this consulting firm provides expertise in audit, tax, advisory, and consulting. They are currently hiring a Regulatory Reporting Associate or Senior Manager, seeking candidates with strong communication skills, the ability to manage diverse projects, and a passion for continuous learning in the consulting field.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness in regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes for transparency and auditability.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk Management, and IT teams to gather and verify data for reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports (e.g., FR Y-14A, FR Y-14M, Call Report) in compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Leverage expertise in Adenza/AxiomSL to enhance reporting processes, identify inefficiencies, and support audits and regulatory exams.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of regulatory experience.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others, fostering personal development and ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex ideas and create meaningful recommendations.
  • Experience in using diverse information sources, including stakeholder perspectives, to develop solutions.
  • Ability to identify and address sub-standard work that does not meet firm or client expectations.
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Ability to develop perspectives on key global trends and their impact on clients.
