Job Description

This position is responsible for executing several governance processes for non-financial regulatory reporting and supporting regulatory reporting specialists and report owners in the lines of business.

The successful candidate will execute manual / partially automated process activities in a timely manner with attention to detail and data quality, managing production health, remediating reporting errors, status tracking, monitoring risks and metrics, and providing appropriate status updates to governance forums and relevant stakeholders in the Line of Business, Operations, Audit, and/or Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing process activities / steps in a timely manner with attention to detail and data quality requirements.
  • Working within a team environment to meet deliverable deadlines.
  • Managing operational process improvement projects.
  • Analyzing and summarizing data.
Requirements:
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work with banking experience in Operations, Compliance, Audit or Risk background.
  • SharePoint design and development skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills in developing macros and automating manual process steps.
