Your Challenge:

  • Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, commissions, and collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current sales goals.
  • Specialize in Pipeline, Booking and Sales Performance data sources and metrics and analyze the data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and highlight bottlenecks.
  • Manage territory assignments and any changes to the sales territory.
  • Build appropriate visualizations to tell a clear, concise story with data.
  • Work with sales, finance, and operations for the purpose of improving operational efficiency.
  • Provide support & guidance to cross-functional teams on Salesforce.com.
  • Support the sales team through product & pricing analyses.
  • Assist in researching and evaluating economic conditions that may affect the organization’s ability to sell products, protect/increase market share, penetrate new markets, and maintain/improve operating margins.
  • Recommend changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.
  • Run standard reports and assists in developing new reports.
  • Manage sales data cleanliness in ERP & CRM.
  • Evaluate and improve Sales processes and systems by identifying areas of inefficiency in our sales process and proposing solutions and workflows that would resolve problems, optimize metrics, and improve productivity.
  • Quickly synthesize information, structure a concise, clear presentation of analysis to make recommendations.
  • Assist in monitoring forecast accuracy.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or similar field
  • 3-5 years' experience in business operations, sales operations, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with any business intelligence tool (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
  • Some experience with Salesforce
  • Advanced in excel, pivot tables, formulas, and simplifying data
  • SAP Experience is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Outcomes-oriented approach to sales and sales operations with corresponding experience managing key metrics for success
  • Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
