The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.


Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Aid in development and execution of monthly marketing campaigns to attract new patients and increase internal patient referrals
  • Plan and execute in-office and community events to build brand awareness, collect leads and convert potential customers
  • Establish relationships and build rapport with local businesses, doctors, and dentists to encourage patient referrals
  • Collaborate on original content to be sharing on NVO’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Facilitate digital marketing efforts including paid social, radio and TV commercials, Google AdWords campaigns and influencer marketing
  • Assist in the creation and execution of internal and external email marketing and SMS text campaigns
  • Write and edit marketing materials including office brochures, presentations, media releases, website content, blog posts and social media posts
  • Manage inventory of marketing supplies including promotional print pieces and branded merchandise
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
  • Oversee tracking of all expenses to ensure marketing budget to up-to-date and accurate at all times


Qualifications

  • College degree required, preferably in Marketing
  • 1+ years of Marketing experience
  • High degree of creative thinking, excellent communication, problem solving and project management skills
  • Strong natural design aesthetic (graphic design not required)
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms

Travel

  • This position is based in Ashburn, VA but has flexibility to work out of other locations
  • Some travel is required, but mileage reimbursement is available


Knowledge of Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms, email and SMS marketing platforms, and Canva or other design platforms
  • Experience with Wordpress and Squarespace is encouraged, but not required
