We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated primary care Internal Medicine physician (or Family Practitioner willing to see adults only) to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our patients, emphasizing preventive medicine, health maintenance, and chronic disease management. You will have the opportunity to build long–lasting relationships with your patients and play a role in their overall health and wellbeing. At our collaborative group practice, you will have the ability to provide significant input into the development of programs, processes, and policies that shape our practice of medicine. Our philosophy includes excellence in patient care, outstanding provider support, team-based care, and promoting work-life balance for our providers and staff.


Essential Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, emphasizing primary care Internal Medicine.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment and care management plans based on patient needs and evidence-based medicine.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and counseling on various health–related topics including disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, social workers, dietitians, population health teams, and administrative staff, to deliver high-quality care to your patients.
  • Encompassing 32 Clinical hours


Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Valid medical license to practice medicine in the state of Massachusetts
  • Excellent clinical skills with a strong foundation in primary care Internal Medicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient centered medical care and evidence-based medicine
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care model
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development


Competitive salary at $240,000 with retention bonus potential.
