The Certified Medical Assistant plays a vital role in assisting physicians and other clinical personnel in either Pediatrics or Internal Medicine. This position is primarily based at our main office, with potential opportunities at our affiliated locations.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Support patient care, manage administrative tasks, and maintain clinical operations
  • Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the supervision of physicians
  • Perform phlebotomies, process specimens, administer immunizations, and record vital signs and EKGs
  • Ensure that the clinical setting is clean, well-stocked, and prepared for patient care
  • Assist with phone triage, appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and patient education
  • Work across various departments including internal medicine, pediatrics, and laboratory services
  • Positions are available at our affiliated locations

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited institution
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR is advantageous
