RESPONSIBILITIES


Fulfillment

  • Always work safely and efficiently
  • Pick, package, and accurately ship all orders that come in before the order cutoff time in the same day they are received
  • Schedule shipments as needed
  • Oversee local drivers
  • Treat all customers and vendors with respect and kindness
  • Ensure all packages are packaged in accordance with HEXA’s packaging standards
  • Conduct a daily stock count and maintain an accurate inventory of all finished goods (i.e. berms, boots, etc.).
  • Count and maintain an accurate inventory of all packaging material and consumables (i.e. boxes, tape, etc.)
  • Receive all incoming shipments, validate their contents, and inventory the items immediately so that inventory counts are kept live and accurate
  • Ensure that the DC and vehicles are kept clean and organized
  • Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Document and provide copies of all receipts for any charges made on a company card
  • Maintain all HEXA-provided tools and technology.
  • Meet delivery timetables
  • Alert your supervisor of any delays immediately, at the time of the delay. Not at the end of the day.
  • Collect customer signatures for deliveries or will-calls as needed, every time. If you cannot get a signature on a delivery, contact your supervisor right away.
  • Document deliveries and/or pickups as needed
  • Wear all necessary site/customer specific PPE while making deliveries (this includes face masks as needed)
  • Maintain and answer provided phone
  • Ensure all loads are secured and safe
  • Operate all vehicles safely and in accordance with all related laws and regulations
  • Ensure all vehicles receive adequate oil changes and tire maintenance
  • Ensure the DC is properly locked up and secured prior to leaving
  • Maintain forklift certificate


General

  • Log and submit all receipts weekly
  • Perform general maintenance of the facility
  • This includes wrapping pipes whenever freezing weather is imminent


REQUIREMENTS

  • Uniform: Steel Toe boots, comfortable weather-appropriate clothing, nothing derogatory
  • Must complete background check and drug screening
  • Ability to maintain a clean working environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods including bending, standing for extended periods, and walking the entire shift
  • Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Ability to meet production schedule
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must
