Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. As a Warehouse Worker at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are efficiently stored, managed, and shipped. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and is looking for a stable, rewarding position with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
  • Receiving Goods: Unload trucks, check in merchandise, and store products in their designated locations.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and managing inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects or damages and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse workers, supervisors, and departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
