This is an incredible opportunity to serve as a gatekeeper to C - Suite Executives in a dynamic, stimulating and fulfilling position.
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, flexibility as needed
Fully onsite: Midtown, NYC
Compensation: $70 - 80k base
Responsibilities:
- Manage heavy calendaring
- Process expense reports and time reporting
- Maintain contact database and send various mailings
- Draft and mail correspondences
- Support client event planning
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Assist with travel planning and coordination
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative/executive experience
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Exhibit sound judgment and common sense while making decisions
- Ability to maintain composure and maintain an executive presence during high pressure situations
- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to providing exceptional customer service possessing professional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
