We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Booking Coordinator to join our team. The Front Desk Booking Coordinator will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

Manage reservations and bookings through phone, email, and online platforms.

Coordinate room assignments and ensure accurate records of availability.

Communicate effectively with guests to confirm reservations, provide information about amenities, and address any inquiries or concerns.

Process payments, deposits, and refunds accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.

Monitor and respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate as needed.

Uphold company policies and procedures regarding reservations, cancellations, and refunds.



Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and payments.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous experience in hotel front desk or booking coordination is a plus.
