Lead Nanny

Active family with a fully-staffed home in Beverly Hills is looking for a dedicated professional lead Nanny to join the team and care for their 7 year old twin girls. There are always 2 Nannies on every shift and the lead nanny is in charge of coordinating the girls' busy schedules.

The ideal Candidate will be experienced, energetic, educated, empathetic and engaging and will remain kind, firm, and consistent with routines, structure and boundaries for their daughters. Someone who has twin experience, knows of the special dynamic of it and has the ability to understand a child that is more sensitive and needs a little bit more attention than most others would be the perfect match

A true professional career nanny who will be present, has a sense of humor, is fit, enjoys going on outings, reading books and engages with the children is of importance A nanny who is communicative, a team player and willing to collaborate with another nanny and the parents is a must.

Great time management and great organizational skills are also crucial for this position as the girls have a full schedule all day. They are being home schooled so the nannies have to make sure the girls are brought to their activities within the house on time and occasionally transporting the child to activities within the neighborhood.

Someone who is happy to stay with the family long term would be ideal. The family has a second home in Palm Desert and requires the nanny to work there frequently depending on the season. For the time there it will be live-in and most likely rotational. Generous DOE including benefits
