As a Contract Furniture Designer at Element Contract, you will blend creativity with technical expertise. As part of a cross-functional team, you will help design products and manage our design & marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • AutoCAD: Develop products and create furniture applications using your AutoCAD skills.
  • CET / 2020: Manage our CET / 2020 specification tools used by our dealer partners.
  • Product Design and Specifications: Collaborate with our new product team to design products and oversee our specification and marketing tools.
  • Color and Material Selections: Lead the selection process for colors, materials, and finish standards.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with our product and manufacturing teams to bring furniture designs from concept to reality.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends to keep our designs fresh and competitive.
  • Design Tools: In collaboration with vendors, ensure software tools are up-to-date with our product updates.
  • Manage Product Updates: Communicate with our partners related to product updates and new product launches on multiple digital platforms.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Creative: An individual with an impeccable eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to create exceptional products.
  • CAD Proficiency: Strong skills in CAD software for space planning and product design.
  • CET / 2022: Experience with using these specification design tools
  • Detail-Oriented: Someone who ensures the highest quality in design and product specifications.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of current office furniture design and materials trends.
